Adaptations can make the difference.  Our experienced consultants are available to work closely with your candidate and family to sell not only the new destination city, but also your company.  We will consult with the candidate prior to their visit to establish a "needs profile" and will use this profile to build a family specific resource package.  Upon arrival, the candidate will be met by their Adaptations consultant, who will provide an overview of materials and outline the scheduled activities.  Activities may include a tour of the city, specific communities, housing options, schooling, or address any other area of concern or interest, which the candidate expresses.

At Adaptations, we know that our job doesn't stop when the candidate boards their plane to return home.  We follow-up with the candidate and encourage him/her to use us as their personal resource during the decision making phase.  The result:  While you are working on the candidate's professional career path, we'll be working to ensure that he/she has everything they need to get off to a positive and productive start.
