Domestic Home Search

Adaptations' consultants realize that relocation has elements of excitement and challenge, which is why we are committed to providing "hands-on" support to each transferee/assignee and family member, as we assist in their acclimation to their new community.  Our consultants are available to guide transferees/assignees and families through the process of learning about  their new community and the resources which are available to them there, in addition to providing the assistance necessary to select and purchase or lease a home.   We want  to be certain that our transferees/assignees have the resources available to empower them to make informed choices.  When working to identify acceptable neighborhoods and housing options, transferees/assignees and families receive the guidance of knowledgeable, professional Realtors, who have been chosen to address each family's individual housing needs.

Adaptations has established working relationships with a number of  service professionals within our industry as a whole, however, we have chosen not to align exclusively with any single provider, in order to allow our corporate clients and their transferees maximum flexibility.

Adaptations' Domestic Home Search program is built around providing the following services:

International Home Search

Adaptation's International Home Search program deals with the evaluation, assessment and selection of temporary and permanent accommodation.  Adaptations' assigned consultant will schedule an initial consultation with the assignee and family, during which time a "needs" assessment is completed.  The "needs" assessment becomes the basis for developing a schedule of activities in anticipation of the assignee's arrival to the new location.  Upon arrival, the assignee and family will be greeted and an overview will be provided of the destination city, along with a review of appointments that have  been scheduled to preview potential properties.  Emphasis is placed on specific housing areas and schooling resources, tailored to the individual needs of each family and their associated budget.  It is Adaptations' practice to have Real Estate Agents and Rental Agents pre-screen all properties, to ensure that your assignee is able to maximize his/her home finding time.
